Over the weekend I went to the Banff Mountain Film Festival, an annual event that leaves patrons inspired to nourish a passion for the outdoors.
Towards the end of last year's wine harvest, I had the chance to kayak down the Grand Canyon of the Colorado. It was absolutely incredible. I won't bore you with words, because that isn't what this post is about. But I took a lot of photos (we're talking 8GB), and I thought I'd try and share one a day in honor of the Banff Fest. Let's see... I went six days ago so I owe you all six shots. Here goes,
Vulcan's Anvil
Trinket from a Medicine Man
Arizona Cottonwood Trees
Point of No Return
Zen in the Cave
Scramble on the Little Colorado
Alright... we should be even now. I'd like to try and contribute a photo a day. It will give me some incentive to get out and about Whistler with my camera, which I haven't done yet.
Photography Month: whooopeeee!
